You can even spread the cost of your maintenance with interest-free monthly direct debit payments, or simply opt for an upfront annual payment. It really couldn’t be easier!

If your EV charger was not installed by MAC you’ll be pleased to hear you can still sign up for the plan at no extra cost, although we advise you take note of your warranty as it may be different from the warranty supplied alongside our EV charger installations.

In most cases, if you own your house and have a dedicated parking space, you won’t need permission. However, if you rent your home or live in a flat, you’ll likely need consent from your landlord or property manager.
The cost can vary depending on the charger model, complexity of installation (cable length, additional electrical work required), and electrician rates. Some quotes may include a standard installation with the charger purchase, while others may have separate fees.
A standard installation for a readily accessible location with minimal cable routing typically takes a few hours. Complex installations may require more time.
This can vary by installer, but common inclusions are a remote survey, charger fitting, cable routing (up to a specified distance), electrical connections, testing, and sometimes even assistance with claiming charger grants (if applicable).
If your existing electrical panel lacks the capacity for the charger, you may need an upgrade. Our electrician can assess this during the pre-installation survey and provide an additional quote for the upgrade.
