UP TO 10 YEAR WARRANTY COVERAGE ON YOUR AC INSTALLATION AS STANDARD
10 years warranty included with all Mitsubishi Electric system installations over the value of £8000* with a minimum of 7 years warranty on all other makes and models of air conditioning systems we supply and install.
IF YOUR SYSTEM BREAKS DOWN MAC WILL BE THERE IN 48 HOURS
If your AC system was installed by us and breaks down, we will have a service engineer to you within 48 hours or less, otherwise we will supply you with a £50 Amazon voucher.*
MAC PROVIDES YOU WITH TEMPORARY HEATING/COOLING IF YOUR SYSTEM CAN'T BE FIXED SAME DAY.
If an AC system installed by us is faulty and we cannot repair your system same day, we will provide you with temporary heating or cooling until your repair is complete and you system is up and running again.*
WE WILL REPLACE YOUR FAULTY UNIT IF WE CANNOT SOURCE A SPARE IN 10 WORKING DAYS OR LESS.
If your AC system was installed by us in the last two years and we cannot source a replacement part for the faulty unit within ten working days, we will replace the faulty unit entirely.*
SATISFACTION GURANTEED WITHIN 30 DAYS OR YOUR MONEY BACK
Should you be unsatisfied with your AC installation for any reason and advise us within 30 days of your install, MAC will remove all AC units, pipework and other installation materials free of charge and will provide you with a full refund.*

With this in mind, Anthony Smith got to work with the help of his good friend Nathan Graham, founding what is now known as MAC.
Although it wasn’t all plain sailing, there was first the challenge of where to begin…
2009
Midland Air Conditioning and Facility Management began in 2009
Initially known as MSD Building Services, MAC was established back in March 2009 by friends Anthony Smith and Nathan Graham in March 2009, providing air conditioning installations and starting the journey that made MAC what it is today!
2012
MAC HQ is established in Castle Bromwich
As the business grew, so did the need for a base of operations, leading to the purchase and refurbishment of the building that became MAC’s HQ.
MAC’s Website is relaunched in June as the team continues to grow
With the team assembled and growing with the number of customers steadily increasing, MAC’s website was given a fresh update with a whole range of new and improved services.
2018
Portable AC units to the rescue as the heatwave rages
With temperatures rising fast, in June we launched our first range of portable air conditioning units for hire or purchase so our customers could get a quick escape from the heat at a more affordable price.
2021
A fresh new look for MAC’s logo and website
With the valuable feedback from our superb customers, our website and even our logo get a fantastic redesign as our first online pricing calculator is introduced.
2022
Unveiling a brand new showroom in January
By popular demand, we designed and built a showroom for live viewings and demonstrations of the air conditioning systems we provide.
EV charger installations are added to MAC’s range of services from August
With an increasing number of our customers asking if we could install EV chargers at their homes as well as their air conditioning, we expanded our service range to include some of the most popular UK EV chargers for installation.
2023
An evolution to Air Conditioning pricing
January 2023 marked the launch of our updated domestic AC pricing calculator with brand new quality of life features including a new quote download option and an expanded range of products.
Getting a price for air conditioning in multiple rooms couldn’t be easier
Multiroom options are added to our updated domestic AC pricing calculator in September, allowing users to get instant price estimates and quotations on their entire home with just a few mouse clicks of a mouse.
EV chargers became available for purchase online
From October 2023, our online EV charger calculator went live, providing not just instant pricing but the option to purchase online complete with installation.
2024
Pricing for a commercial air conditioning installation for your business is now just a couple of clicks away
January 2024 marked the launch of our brand new online commercial air conditioning price calculator, providing instant pricing for installations and full quote download functionality.
MAC now provide Solar Panel Installations too! Following your overwhelmingly positive feedback September last year, as of March 2024 MAC has now added solar panel and battery installations to our range of services.

Now we’re offering solar panel and battery installations, we want to make our solar pricing just as accessible as our AC pricing, so our online solar pricing calculator is in the works too and will also be available soon!
